Most small businesses know they should post and do not. Not because they have nothing to say, but because posting means logging into four apps, finding a photo, resizing it and writing a caption, three times a week, forever. Social media automation removes the chore: your website publishes an article, and that article goes to every channel on its own.

We built this for ourselves first. Our Studio Log publishes three times a week and lands on LinkedIn, Instagram and our Google Business Profile without anyone opening an app. Every post carries one of our own photographs, cropped for the network it is going to. The tiles orbiting Venus on our home page are that feed, live.

How it works

Your site becomes the source of truth. Each new article is published with an image chosen from your own photo library, an excerpt and a link, in a feed that automation tools can read. A connector watches that feed and creates the posts: a LinkedIn update on your company page, an Instagram photo post with a caption, and a Google Business Profile update with a Learn more button.

Each channel gets what it needs. Instagram wants a portrait or square photo and a caption with no clickable link; LinkedIn wants a headline, a paragraph and the article link; Google wants a short summary and a call to action. The automation handles all three from one article, so you never write the same thing three times.

Your photos, not stock

Stock photos and AI faces make a feed look like everyone else's. We connect your real photo library, the pictures of your work, your team, your town, and the system picks a fresh one for every post, crops it for each network and does not repeat it for months. If you do not have a library yet, our brand media team shoots one.

The photos are hosted on your own site, so every post also points back at you, and your image search results fill up with your own work.

A Google Business Profile that stays alive

Google rewards profiles that post regularly with better placement in the local map results, the three businesses shown above the normal links. Most profiles go quiet after the first month. With automation, yours gets a fresh post with every article, and we answer every review within a day in your voice.

This pairs naturally with our AI search optimization work: the same consistent, active profile is what AI assistants read when someone asks who to call.

What you get each month

A one-page report in plain words: what went out, which posts got reach, how many people viewed the profile, how many called or clicked. If you want the articles written as well, our Studio Log engine can write about your real projects from a short note you leave us, so the whole pipeline runs from a text message.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work with my existing website?

Yes. WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix and most other platforms publish a feed we can connect. If your site cannot, we add a small publishing page to it, or build you a site that does it natively.

Will the posts look automated?

No. Each post is your own article, your own photo and a caption written for that network. What is automated is the chore of logging in and re-uploading, not the content.

Which networks can you connect?

LinkedIn (personal or company page), Instagram (business or creator accounts), Facebook pages and Google Business Profile are the standard set. X, Threads, Pinterest and YouTube community posts can be added when they make sense for your audience.

What does it cost?

Setup is a one-time fee that depends on your site and how many channels we connect, usually done within a week. The monthly plan covers the automation, the Google profile upkeep and the report, and is priced after a short call.
