What we collect

When you take the Website Score quiz (on our website, in an Instagram direct message, or in an Instagram lead form) we collect the answers you give, the website address you ask us to scan, and — if you choose to leave them — your name, email address and phone number. If you take the quiz on Instagram we also receive your Instagram username and an Instagram-scoped ID that lets us reply to you.

When we scan a website we load its public pages the way a visitor or a search engine would. Nothing is installed or changed on the site, and we only keep the summary that makes up your score.

When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy, and tells us which quiz you came from.

On our website we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how people find and use the site. These set cookies and may collect your IP address and device information. You can opt out with standard browser tools or at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use it

• To scan your site and send you your score and fix list.
• To follow up about your score, by email or by Instagram message, and to prepare for a call you book.
• To understand which of our pages, posts and ads lead to useful conversations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information and we don't share it with other businesses for their marketing. We use service providers (hosting, email, Calendly, Meta, Google) to run the service; they only process your data on our behalf.

Instagram and Meta

Our Instagram messaging runs on Meta's platform under Meta's terms. Messages you send us may be processed automatically to answer the quiz and send your score; a person at The Bailey Perspective can read and reply to them too. Lead forms submitted on Instagram or Facebook are delivered to us by Meta and are also stored in Meta's Leads Center for a limited time.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep quiz results and contact details for as long as we're in touch about your website, and for up to three years after. Email admin@thebaileyperspective.com and we'll delete what we hold about you, or send you a copy of it.

Children

Our services are for businesses and the adults who run them. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
