Dataset: How heavy are three.js showcase websites? (October 2026)

One Lighthouse 12.8 mobile run per site, 192 sites from the three.js forum Showcase category, measured on 2026-10-23. Read the write-up on the blog; the method is below.

• sites.csv: one row per measured site (bytes by type, requests, FCP, LCP, TBT, CLS, score, largest request, forum post it came from)
• summary.json: medians, percentiles, shares, lightest and heaviest ten, our own two comparison pages
• METHOD.md: sample, filters, lab settings, what the numbers do and do not represent
• manual_exclusions.json: the five sites removed after human review, with reasons
• failed.json: the 33 sites our lab could not measure, with the reason

Bytes are Lighthouse transfer sizes (compressed); MB = 1,000,000 bytes; percentiles use linear interpolation. Public pages only, one page load each, crawler identified as TBP-threejs-study with a contact URL. To have a site removed from these files, use the contact page.
