Digital footprint studio · Greenville, SC · Clients worldwide
Your digital footprint, built and managed. AI, integrated and taught.
We design, build and run the websites, stores, CRMs and back offices a business lives on, wire AI into the places it pays, and teach your team to use it. One senior team, infrastructure you own, days not quarters.
What a digital footprint is
Everything a customer can find and touch: the website and the store, the booking and intake forms, the CRM behind them, the emails and posts that go out, the reviews and listings, and what Google and the AI assistants say when someone asks about you. Most businesses have all of it, built by five different vendors at five different times, none of it talking to the rest.
We build those pieces as one system and then manage them. A retail shop with a 3D storybook home page and a back office the owner runs herself, a wedding directory migrated off WordPress with every URL intact, an artisan store with barcode inventory and Stripe checkout, a music-lesson marketplace with split payouts, festival staff and press tools, dashboards and films were all built here, then hardened, shipped and kept running. Most went from first call to live in under a week.
Management is the half most studios skip. Hosting, security, updates, backups, SEO, the monthly numbers, and the small changes a growing business keeps needing are a standing plan here, not a new quote every time.
Where AI fits
Not everywhere. We integrate AI systems where they save real hours or make real money, inside the tools you already use, with controls you understand. Then we teach you and your team to run them, in live one-on-one sessions on your actual work.
- ◆Inbox and lead replies drafted in your voice, waiting for one tap to send
- ◆A CRM that writes the follow-ups and flags the deals going quiet
- ◆AI search optimization, so ChatGPT and Google name you when someone asks who to call
- ◆Content systems: blog, social and newsletters produced on a schedule you set
- ◆Dashboards that explain the numbers in plain words instead of charts you ignore
How a project runs
01
A real conversation
Thirty minutes on what you sell, who buys it, and what you have today. You leave with a scope and a fixed price, not a proposal template.
02
Build in the open
A first working version fast, usually within days, on a private link so you react to a real thing instead of a mockup.
03
Harden it
Review, tests against real data, authentication, validation, backups, payments, email, monitoring. The part a demo never gets.
04
Ship it and manage it
Live on your domain, on infrastructure in your name, with a back office your team can actually run. We stay on a monthly plan: updates, security, SEO, and the AI pieces tuned as your business changes.

Build it for me
You have a business and an idea of what you need. We scope it, build it, harden it, launch it and keep it running. Websites, 3D experiences, stores, CRMs, portals, dashboards, videos.

Rescue what I built
You prototyped something in Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt or Replit and it almost works. We audit it, fix it, move it onto real infrastructure and make it something customers can pay for.

Plain, boring, ownable infrastructure. Your site runs on a server in your name, not inside a builder you rent month to month.
Questions people ask
What is a digital footprint development and management studio?
A studio that builds every piece a customer can find and touch — the website, the store, the booking and intake forms, the CRM behind them, the emails and posts that go out, and what Google and the AI assistants say about you — and then keeps all of it running, updated and improving. One team, one system, instead of five vendors and a pile of logins.
What does integrating AI systems mean for a small business?
Putting AI where it saves real hours and makes real money: an inbox that drafts replies in your voice, a CRM that writes the follow-ups nobody gets to, a site that answers questions at 2 a.m., dashboards that explain the numbers in plain words, and the content system behind your blog and social accounts. We pick the two or three places it pays, wire them into the tools you already use, and leave you with controls you understand, not a black box.
Do you teach it as well as build it?
Yes. Live one-on-one sessions on your real work, from $149 for an hour to a four-session track or a team workshop. You keep a one-page playbook and the recording after every call. Most clients do both: we integrate the systems, then teach the team to run and extend them.
How fast can you build?
Small sites and tools have gone live within 48 hours of the first call. A full site with a custom back office, payments, email and inventory typically takes one to four weeks, mostly waiting on content and accounts.
What does it cost?
Every project is quoted as a fixed fee after a short call about goals and budget. A small senior team on a proven stack keeps that number well under a traditional agency quote for the same scope. Hosting, updates, SEO and the AI pieces are available as a monthly management plan.
Do I own what you build?
Completely. Code, content, domain, hosting and every account are in your name when the build is paid in full. Nothing is locked inside a platform you rent.
Can you take over an app I already prototyped?
Yes. The app productionization service audits and cleans up the code, moves it off fragile free tiers onto real infrastructure, adds security, payments and monitoring, and hands it back as a product customers can sign up for and pay for.
Tell us what you need built, or what needs managing.
One call. A fixed price. A working version in days. Email admin@thebaileyperspective.com or book a slot.
