Med spa website design in Greenville, SC

Websites for Upstate med spas and clinics that book appointments, answer the questions patients ask, and stay in your name.

People choosing a med spa usually compare three or four on their phone before they book. They look at the treatments you offer, what results look like, what other patients say, and how quickly they can get on the schedule. The Bailey Perspective is a custom web design studio in Greenville, SC, and we build med spa and clinic websites around those four things, designed from scratch for your practice.

The same build suits practices where patients research first and book online when they can: dentists, chiropractors, physical therapists and wellness clinics across Greenville County, Simpsonville, Easley and Spartanburg.

Our studio is at 22 West 8th Street in Greenville. Spas and clinics in Greenville County, Simpsonville, Easley and Spartanburg are a short drive, so we can come by to photograph the space and walk through the booking flow with your front desk.

What a med spa website needs

Online booking that matches how you schedule. Most practices already use a booking system such as Boulevard, Vagaro, Mangomint or Square Appointments. We connect the one you use so patients can pick a treatment, a provider and a time from any page, or set one up if you don't have one yet. Treatments that need a consultation first get a short request form instead.

A page for every treatment. Neurotoxins, fillers, laser hair removal, microneedling, peels, body contouring, IV therapy: each one gets its own page covering what it is, who it suits, how long it takes, downtime, where pricing starts, and the questions your front desk answers every day. Your medical director reviews the clinical wording before it goes live. Separate pages also give Google something specific to show for each treatment people search for.

Before-and-after galleries, with consent

Before-and-after photos sell treatments, and they are patient images. We only publish photos you have written consent to use, we can record the consent reference with each image in the site's back office, and photos can be cropped to the treatment area so faces stay out unless the patient agreed. Galleries are sorted by treatment and carry a plain note that results vary from person to person.

Reviews and missed calls

Reviews from real patients carry more weight than anything you write about yourself. After a visit, the system can send a short text with a link to your Google review page. Replying to reviews needs care in healthcare: thank the person without confirming they are a patient or naming a treatment. We set up reply templates that follow that rule.

Missed calls are the other leak. When the front desk is with a patient and the phone rings out, missed-call text-back sends the caller a text from your practice number so they can book or ask a question by text. The message stays general and never includes health details.

Forms and patient information

Be careful with what a website collects. The public contact form asks for a name, a phone number or email, and the treatment someone is interested in, and nothing clinical. Intake forms, medical history and consent forms belong in a HIPAA-eligible tool that will sign a business associate agreement with your practice, usually your EHR or practice-management system or a dedicated forms service. We can set those forms up with HIPAA-eligible tools and link them from the site. Your practice stays responsible for its own HIPAA compliance; a website does not make a practice compliant on its own.

Built to be found in the Upstate

Searches like "med spa near me", "Botox Greenville SC" or "laser hair removal Simpsonville" lean on your Google Business Profile, your reviews and pages that answer the question. We write treatment and location pages in plain language, add structured data so search engines and AI assistants can read your services, prices and hours, and keep the site fast on phones, where most of these searches happen.

What it costs

$3,200 for a custom-designed website, including immersive 3D if it fits your brand, such as a treatment room patients can look around before they visit. Then $150 a month for hosting, maintenance and the lead tools: missed-call text-back, review requests, a chat assistant on your site and one inbox for every lead. Phone and text carrier usage is billed at cost.

The domain, the code, your data and your phone number are registered to your practice. If your current site sits inside an agency platform such as GoHighLevel, our page on owning your website explains what happens when that account stops and how a move works.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only build websites for med spas?

No. Med spas and clinics are our local focus right now, and the same approach fits dentists, chiropractors, physical therapists and wellness practices. The studio also builds for other kinds of businesses in Greenville and well beyond.

Will the website be HIPAA compliant?

A website is not compliant or non-compliant on its own; what matters is what it collects and where that information goes. We keep clinical information off the public site's forms and can set up intake and medical-history forms in HIPAA-eligible tools that sign a business associate agreement with your practice. Your practice remains responsible for its own compliance program.

Can patients book online?

Yes. We connect the booking system you already use, such as Boulevard, Vagaro, Mangomint or Square Appointments, so patients can book from any page. If you don't have one, we help you choose and set one up.

Can we show before-and-after photos?

Yes, when you have the patient's written consent to use them. We publish consented photos only, can crop to the treatment area, sort galleries by treatment, and add a note that results vary.

What does a med spa website cost?

$3,200 for the custom design and build, then $150 a month for hosting, maintenance, missed-call text-back, review requests, a chat assistant on your site and a lead inbox. Phone and text carrier usage is billed at cost. The domain, code, data and phone number are in your practice's name.

We're on GoHighLevel through an agency. Can we switch?

Yes. You can keep HighLevel as your CRM and own the website, or move everything into your name. Export your contacts first and move the phone number before anything is canceled; HighLevel's own help center says numbers are deleted 14 days after cancellation. Our Own your website page walks through the order.
