We are avibe coding studio.

We build the software a business actually runs on, websites, apps, stores, back offices, 3D experiences, with AI-assisted development directed by a senior engineer. Working versions in days. Hardened before launch. Shipped on servers you own.

02 What we actually do

Three things, done by one small team you talk to directly.

Build

Websites, web apps, online stores, booking and payment flows, and the private back office behind them: inbox, pipeline, orders, inventory, content. Built from scratch for your business, not assembled from a template.

Rescue

You already vibe coded an app with ChatGPT, Cursor or Lovable and it half works. We audit it, clean it up, add authentication, payments, backups and monitoring, move it onto real infrastructure, and hand it back as a product people can pay for.

Show

Immersive 3D websites, walkable worlds, interactive pitch decks, explainer videos and documentary-style brand media. The things that make people stop, remember you, and book the call.

Plus the sales side most studios skip: lead-generation systems and sales training from 22+ years in the field, so the thing we build has a pipeline feeding it.

03 The problem we solve

Small businesses have four bad options for software.

The agency

Six-figure quotes, three-month timelines, a project manager between you and the person doing the work.

The template

Wix, Squarespace, a WordPress theme. Looks like everyone else, bends until it breaks, and the add-ons never stop.

The SaaS stack

A CRM here, a store there, a booking tool, an email tool. Five logins, five bills, none of them talking to each other.

DIY with AI

Prompting gets you a demo in an afternoon. It does not get you logins, payments, backups, a domain, or someone to call when it breaks.

The gap is a studio that uses AI for speed and engineering discipline for the parts a prompt never does.

04 How we work

From a 30-minute call to a live product, in four steps.

01

A real conversation

Thirty minutes on what you sell, who buys it, and what you have today. You leave with a scope and a fixed price, not a proposal template.

02

Build in the open

We vibe code the first working version fast, usually within days, and put it on a private link so you react to a real thing instead of a mockup.

03

Harden it

Code review, tests against real data, authentication, validation, backups, payments, email, monitoring. This is the part a prompt session never does.

04

Ship it and stay

Live on your domain, on infrastructure in your name, with a back office your team can run. We stay on a monthly plan or hand it off clean.

05 Services

Six lines of work. One builder behind all of them.

Websites

3D web design & Three.js

Immersive WebGL sites that still rank: a crawlable, fast, mobile-first site underneath the experience.

Software

Custom CRMs & back offices

Inbox, pipeline, orders, inventory, scanners, contracts, upload portals. Owned, not rented.

Commerce

Stores & payments

Stripe checkout, shipping rules, promo codes, order emails, marketplaces with split payouts.

Rescue

Vibe coding & app productionization

Done-for-you vibe coding, and rescue for the prototype you already built.

Growth

Lead generation & sales training

Pipeline systems that never drop a lead, and training from someone who ran six sales offices.

Media

Brand media & documentary storytelling

Video, photography, animated explainers and reels, 18+ years behind the camera.

06 Shipped work

Real sites and software, live right now.

Also live: Holistic Music Academy (lesson marketplace with Stripe Connect payouts), the TBP print shop, a daily AI-written blog, and 27 projects in total on the work page.

07 Case study

Hart of Christmas

A year-round Christmas shop in Hartwell, Georgia. The owner wanted something nobody else in town had.

  • Home page is a 3D storybook you turn page by page, with falling snow and the owner's own music.
  • Phone barcode scanner for inventory, a live online store, and Square import.
  • Private dashboard: CRM, orders, a visual blog editor, reader letters, and a built-in tutorial mode.
  • First version live within 48 hours of signing. Signed and paid on-screen through our own e-sign and pay tool.

08 Case study

Tahoe Engaged

A Lake Tahoe wedding directory and magazine, rebuilt from a slow WordPress site into a fast custom one with a real back office.

  • 86 vendors and nearly 100 stories migrated. Every old URL kept, so rankings did not reset.
  • Events with RSVP replaced JotForm. Audience and campaigns mirror their Mailchimp list of 844 contacts.
  • Newsletter builder that turns member photos into animated issues. Membership applications. A vendor-finding guide.
  • Runs on the client's own cloud server, deployed by us, owned by them.
09 Case study

Mano a Mano Cooperative

An artisan cooperative selling handmade bags, dreamcatchers and jewelry, run by people who are not technical and do not want to be.

  • Inventory by phone: scan a barcode, snap a photo, it is live in the store and mirrored into Stripe.
  • Stripe checkout with zone and weight shipping, free shipping over a threshold, local pickup, promo codes and gift notes.
  • Order emails to buyer and owner, an orders tab, and one click to mark shipped with a tracking email.
  • One dashboard for everything. No Shopify bill, no plugins, no monthly rent.

10 Beyond websites

The same method builds tools, agents, films and decks.

Running

Sol-Bot

An autonomous trading agent with a live dashboard, signal scoring and risk guards, with a study of 20,000 token launches behind its rules.

Shipped

Films & visuals

A 30-minute VJ film and phone-controlled visuals for a festival set, a 30-minute eclipse film, an animated explainer rendered from code.

Live

Portals & crews

Drag-and-drop upload portals that file footage by AI, a live multi-camera switcher for phones and cinema cameras, e-sign and pay flows.

Pitch work

Decks & concepts

Investor decks as live web pages, walkable 3D store concepts, interactive pitch sites. Show of Hands, RealWeb, WIGLS, Village of Life.

11 Why it works

AI for speed. A senior engineer for everything AI gets wrong.

Days

Not months

Small sites and tools have gone live within 48 hours of the first call. Full sites with payments, email and a back office take one to four weeks, mostly waiting on content and accounts.

100%

Yours

Code, content, domain, hosting and every account are in your name when the build is paid in full. Plain, boring infrastructure: nginx, Node, SQLite or Postgres, Stripe. No platform lock-in.

1

Person to call

You work with the person building it. We have shipped dozens of these and fixed the same AI mistakes before they reach your customers.

Founder

John Bailey

22+ years in sales, 15 of them door-to-door. Built and ran six sales offices across the country, leading teams of 16 to 24 reps. 18+ years of photography and video production. Now directing AI-assisted builds full time from Greenville, SC.

That mix is the point: the software gets built fast, and it gets built by someone who knows how a sale actually happens.

In plain words

What The Bailey Perspective actually does

The Bailey Perspective is a vibe coding studio. That means we build software primarily through AI-assisted development: a senior engineer describes what the product has to do, directs AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to build it, reviews every change, tests it against real data, and deploys it. The result is custom software at a speed and price that was not possible a few years ago, without the fragility of software nobody reviewed.

What we build

Most clients come to us for a website and leave with a business system. A typical build is a fast, custom, mobile-first site, often with an immersive 3D front door built in Three.js, plus the private back office behind it: a contact inbox, a simple sales pipeline, orders, inventory, a content editor, visitor stats. If the business sells things, we add a store with Stripe checkout, shipping rules, promo codes and order emails. If it books things, we add scheduling and payments. If it signs things, we add on-screen agreements with a signed PDF and card payment in the same flow. None of it is an off-the-shelf plugin; it is built for that business and runs on a server in their name.

We also build things that are not websites: autonomous agents, internal tools, upload portals for film crews, live video switching, animated explainer videos rendered from code, investor decks that run as live web pages, and walkable 3D worlds.

What we rescue

A growing part of the work is app productionization. Someone has already vibe coded an app with ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable or Replit. It works on their laptop, or on a free tier that keeps falling over, and now they need real customers to be able to sign up and pay. We audit the code, clean it up, add authentication, input validation, secrets management, backups, payments, email and monitoring, move it onto proper infrastructure, and hand it back as a product.

How a project goes

Why clients pick us over an agency, a template, or doing it themselves

Agencies are slow and expensive because they are staffed for a world where every line of code is typed by hand. Templates and page builders are cheap but generic and rented. A SaaS stack means five logins and five bills that never end. Doing it yourself with AI gets you a demo, not a product. We sit in the gap: AI for speed, engineering discipline for reliability, and complete ownership at the end. Small sites and tools have gone live within 48 hours of the first call. Full builds with a back office and payments typically take one to four weeks, mostly waiting on content and accounts.

The sales side

The founder, John Bailey, spent 22+ years in sales, 15 of them door-to-door, and built and ran six sales offices. So the studio also builds lead-generation and pipeline systems and trains sales teams. The software we ship is designed around how a sale actually happens, and it comes with a pipeline feeding it. John also has 18+ years behind the camera, which is where the documentary-style brand video and photography work comes from.

Proof

Hart of Christmas (3D storybook site, scanner, store and CRM, first version live in 48 hours). Tahoe Engaged (WordPress to custom site with a full back office, 86 vendors, every URL kept). Mano a Mano Cooperative (phone-scanned inventory straight into a Stripe store). Holistic Music Academy (lesson marketplace with split payouts). Space Station Plaza (community web app with member accounts). Plus a 30-minute festival film and live visuals, an autonomous trading agent, and a dozen concept sites and pitch decks. Twenty-seven projects are listed on the work page, and the 47-second reel shows most of them.
