Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about what we build, how it works, and what you own.
What is The Bailey Perspective?
The Bailey Perspective is a creative technology studio based in Greenville, South Carolina that works remotely with clients worldwide. It designs immersive 3D websites, builds custom CRMs and back-office software, runs lead-generation systems, trains sales teams, and produces documentary-style brand video and photography. It is run by its founder, John Bailey.
What does The Bailey Perspective specialize in?
Immersive 3D websites built with Three.js, WebGL, React and Next.js; custom CRM and internal-systems development; lead generation and sales pipeline tooling; sales training and consulting; turning AI-built or vibe-coded prototypes into production-ready software; and brand video and photography.
Who are its typical clients?
Small and mid-sized businesses, founders and personal brands, hospitality and real estate companies, product companies, and festivals and events. Recent work includes Hart of Christmas, a 3D storybook retail site, and Space Station Plaza, a community web app.
Does The Bailey Perspective work with clients outside South Carolina?
Yes. The studio is remote-first and works with clients across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. In-person work is available in Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina.
How long does a website take?
A typical build runs about four weeks: wireframes and mockups in week one, the full build with two revision rounds in weeks two to four, then launch on your domain with thirty days of post-launch support. Smaller projects have shipped within days once materials are in hand.
What does a project cost?
Every engagement is scoped after a conversation about goals and budget rather than from a price list. Builds are quoted as a fixed project fee, and ongoing hosting, security, updates and SEO are available as a monthly plan. Book a free call to get a number for your project.
Do I own the website and software when it is done?
Yes. When the build is paid in full, the design, code, content and accounts are yours. Nothing is locked inside a platform you rent, and you can take it anywhere later.
Can you take over an app I built with AI tools like Cursor, Lovable, v0 or Replit?
Yes. The app productionization service audits and cleans up the code, moves it onto real infrastructure, adds security, payments, monitoring and documentation, and hands it back as a product customers can sign up for and pay for.
What is a custom CRM and why would I want one instead of HubSpot or Salesforce?
A custom CRM is built around how your business actually works: your pipeline stages, your data, your automations. It removes per-seat subscription costs and the workarounds that off-the-shelf tools require. The Bailey Perspective builds and hosts them and can also set up HubSpot when that is the better fit.
