For the last two years the question in almost every first call has been the same: "we have ChatGPT, nobody really uses it, what should we be doing?" So we are making the answer a service. The Bailey Perspective now runs live one-on-one AI training webinars: sixty minutes over video, you share your screen, you bring the real email, spreadsheet, proposal or half-built app you are stuck on, and you leave having used AI on something that mattered this week.
Why one-on-one and not a course
Recorded courses teach someone else's workflow. The reason most people stop using AI after a week is that the demo never looked like their Tuesday. A live session starts from your inbox, your price list and your customers, so the first prompt we write together is one you will use tomorrow morning. We record the call and send a one-page playbook the same day: the prompts we built, the settings we changed, the three things to do next week.
Two tracks
Track A is everyday AI for owners, staff and sales teams. Which assistant to pay for (usually one, not three), how to give it your context so every answer sounds like you, customer replies that do not read like a robot, proposals and quotes in minutes, meeting notes into action items, research you can check, and the follow-up sequences a sales team never gets around to writing.
Track B is building with AI. We set up Claude Code or Cursor on your machine, pick one small real project, an internal tool, a landing page, a Monday-morning automation, and build it together on the call. You learn to describe what you want, review what the AI wrote, keep it from wandering, and ship something you own rather than a prototype that falls over at the first real user. It is how our studio works every day, so the guardrails come with it: version control, keys in the right place, hosting you control.

What it costs
A single session is $149. Four sessions are $499, which is enough to set up one person or one team workflow properly. A two-hour team workshop for up to eight people is $1,200. Every price is one-time; there is no subscription and nothing to buy from us afterwards. Start with a free fifteen-minute intro call so we can pick the track and the first task; after it you get a payment link and the calendar invite.
Who it is for
Owners and office managers who want the writing off their plate. Sales reps who want follow-ups that actually go out. Founders who want to build the internal tool instead of paying for another SaaS. Anyone who has opened an AI assistant, typed a question, got a bland answer and closed the tab. That is not an AI problem; it is a training problem, and it is a one-hour fix.
